Consistent service, always reliable

This is my third time using PipelinePRO, always for the Workflow Automation features. I first got it for the lead generation forms, then added the SMS marketing tools. Each time, the setup was smooth and the platform performed as expected. It's why I keep coming back; no surprises, which is what I need for my business.

Switched from another CRM, happy

So I finally decided to switch over to PipelinePRO after my old CRM (Pipedrive) kept getting pricier. I got the full CRM Software package during a seasonal promotion, and it included the Unlimited Sales Funnels which is pretty neat. Setting everything up took a few days to really get my head around, but their Onboarding Training videos were super helpful. I'm especially digging the Email Marketing Engine; it's way more intuitive than what I had before. My only small thing is that I wish the mobile app access was a bit faster sometimes, but it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, a solid move for my small business.

Is it true PipelinePRO can replace both Mailchimp and Calendly? That would be huge for my budget.

S Sophie P. 2 months ago
It pretty much does, yeah. The email marketing engine is built-in and the appointment scheduling works great. I dropped both Mailchimp and Calendly after moving to PP.

That was one of the main reasons I switched! No more separate subscriptions. It's all integrated, which is super convenient for automation too.

Anyone know if their customer support is actually helpful? I'm not super tech-savvy and worry about getting stuck.

R Rachel 2 months ago
I've had good experiences with their support. They have a customer support portal and I've always gotten a response fairly quickly when I've had questions about setting things up.

Yeah, support is included. I had an issue with an integration once and they walked me through it. Plus, they have onboarding training which helps a lot when you're first starting.

thinking about switching from HubSpot, but is PipelinePRO really legit? like, for actual small businesses, not just giant companies.

S Sophie 2 months ago
totally legit for small businesses. I've been using it for my landscaping company for about 6 months now and it's been a game changer for keeping track of leads and appointments. The automation stuff is great.

It's legit. I was worried too, but it's built to scale from small to medium-sized businesses. It's a lot more affordable than HubSpot too, especially if you get a good deal.

If I get the annual plan, do they offer a discount? Like compared to just paying monthly?

P Priya Q. 1 month ago
For sure, there's usually a pretty good discount for paying annually. I think it worked out to like 17-20% off compared to the monthly price when I signed up.

Yep, it's cheaper per month if you go annual. Makes sense if you're planning to stick with it for a while.

how does the free trial work? is it a full version or limited features?

J Josh 1 month ago
It's a 14-day free trial. From what I remember, it's the full platform. Lets you really kick the tires before committing.

Yeah, you get access to everything for two weeks. Enough time to see if it fits your workflow. I even set up a basic funnel during my trial.
